 T-E-N Years? Is this for real?
I go to "work" each day wondering how this can actually be considered a job. And now it's been a whole DECADE?
Man, oh man. I'm blessed.
It started out as a fun little hobby, and quickly turned into a full-time "job" that allows me the flexibility to spend all the time with my family while still spending time with *your families, too... doing what I love while I'm there.
I love everything - absolutely everything - about photography. I find joy in the simplicity of a candid smile. They make my heart so full. I love hearing the 'click' of my camera when I capture one. I love making time stand still - just for a single second.. that one moment where everything you're feeling and seeing and hearing is frozen, so you can remember it and enjoy it for years to come. A child take its first breath in this world - a remarkable moment. Making those last memories with a loved one count - truly priceless. Every smirk, every tear, every freckle, giggle, twirl and toe. Watching real life through a lens is one fantastic job. I'm glad it's mine.

How/when will I receive my images?
Images will be delivered via online gallery. You will receive an email with a 4-digit PIN and print release. You will download your photos instantly to your computer or flash drive. Your gallery link will expire two weeks from the day you received it. *Turn around time may vary depending on the time of year. Usually you will have your photo gallery within two weeks of our session.

What images will we receive?
After our session, I will select the very best images to carefully edit and deliver to you.

I’m worried my child(ren) may not cooperate..
You are not alone! This is every parent’s concern during sessions with infants, toddlers, and even older children. My best advice to you – let ME worry about that. Throughout our session, I may pause to chat briefly with your child(ren) to establish a relationship and get a feel for how to best communicate with them to get the response we want. I've also found that allowing your child(ren) to take a break, reset and circle back, will result in much better photos. Don't sweat it - let me handle it!

Do we choose the location, or do you?
If there is a specific location you have in mind within Baldwin or Escambia Co. (AL), I will be glad to go there! I will also be glad to travel outside these counties for a travel fee. If you need help choosing a location, just let me know what type of scenery you are looking for, and I will help find us the perfect spot.

A few helpful things to know..
I’m not a huge fan of props - unless it’s a newborn session, or you’re shooting for a theme, of course. I like to keep my photos true to what they are, and capture the moments, not props and poses.
When you schedule a session, your time begins at the scheduled time agreed upon. If you are late, we will shoot for the remaining time left. As I often fill my working days with back-to-back sessions, this is to ensure that I can arrive at other scheduled sessions promptly.
I’m a wife and mom, not just a photographer. This is why I may not return messages, emails, texts, calls, etc. right away. I like to sit down with my planner in front of me when I have ample time, so that I can answer clients efficiently, without worry of making booking errors.
I love photography. I’ve prayed for years that I would find my purpose in this world, and God keeps making it clear. I truly enjoy meeting and working with your families. Thank you for trusting me to capture your sweetest memories.
